11:14 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ALT5 Sigma ( ALTS ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire payment company Mswipe in a deal expected to be completed early in Q2.

The acquisition will be immediately accretive upon close to revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, ALT5 said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shares of ALT5 Sigma ( ALTS ) were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
