AltaGas, Keyera, Expand Global Exports Tolling Agreement
Jun 9, 2025 4:37 AM

07:04 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AltaGas ( ATGFF ) on Monday said that Keyera ( KEYUF ) will flow an additional 12,500 bbls/d of liquified petroleum gases (LPGs) through AltaGas' ( ATGFF ) west coast export facilities.

The incremental tolling volumes will begin in 2028, after the Keyera Fort Saskatchewan III expansion project goes into service.

This agreement expands on the 12,500 bbls/d of long-term export capacity that Keyera ( KEYUF ) previously contracted for and was announced last February. Keyera ( KEYUF ) will now have 25,000 bbls/d of LPG export capacity from AltaGas' ( ATGFF ) west coast facilities under 15-year tolling agreements, with a growing portion of Keyera's ( KEYUF ) LPGs is being directed to downstream markets in Asia. AltaGas ( ATGFF ) has exceeded its long-term tolling target across its global exports portfolio and will continue evaluate additional long-term contracts, a statement noted.

AltaGas ( ATGFF ) also said construction progress on the Ridley Island Energy Export Facility in northern British Columbia is progressing. More than 60% of total project costs have now been incurred or committed.
