Amarc Resources Provides Additional Drill Results From JOY District in British Columbia

08:55 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amarc Resources ( AXREF ) reported Friday additional results from its 2024 discovery drilling program at the JOY copper-gold district in British Columbia.

Highlights from the AuRORA deposit include 32.00 meters of 1.71% copper equivalent including 90.00 meters of 2.26% copper equivalent, and 204.00 meters of 0.72% copper equivalent including 50.85 meters of 1.41% copper equivalent.

"AuRORA is characterized by its significant vertical and lateral continuity," said Diane Nicolson, Amarc's president and CEO. "Importantly, the deposit remains open to further expansion."

The company also outlined results from other emerging systems, including 96 meters of 0.25% copper equivalent at the Twins Target, 182 meters of 0.32% copper equivalent at the PINE deposit, and 402.00 meters of 0.22% copper equivalent at the Canyon Discovery Expansion.

Amarc's share price dropped 1.5% on Thursday to $0.68 on the TSXV.
