Amazon ( AMZN ) said Connect is now offering automated segmentation, delivering interactions across different communication channels for a single person or groups with similar characteristics.

Frontdoor (FTDR), Booking's (BKNG) Priceline, Fujitsu, GoStudent, Pronetx, and the University of Auckland are among customers using Amazon Connect's new generative AI enhancements.
