09:38 AM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AMC Networks ( AMCX ) said Monday it has launched a cash tender offer to buy its 4.75% senior notes due 2025.

The principal amount outstanding of the notes is about $774.7 million, the company said, adding the tender offer consideration per $1,000 principal amount of notes is $970 and the early tender premium is $30 for a total consideration of $1,000.

The offer will expire at 5 p.m. ET April 22, the company said.
