03:31 AM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amentum (AMTM) said Thursday that it has completed its divestiture of Rapid Solutions to Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) for $360 million in cash.

The company said the transaction advances Amentum's strategy to become a pure provider of technology solutions and improves its finances.

Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) said in a separate statement that it will integrate the Rapid Solutions team and its portfolio of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance technologies into its space business.

Shares of Amentum were up 1.9% in after-hours activity.
