Deal marks the second acquisition for Ameribrands within the past year

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Ameribrands, a holding company of businesses delivering exceptional value-added solutions to multi-site brands nationwide, announced today the acquisition of Genesis Hotel Services (“Genesis”), a well-respected provider of hotel and hospitality property renovation services headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

The addition of Genesis strengthens Ameribrands’ ability to deliver fast, consistent, and large-scale renovation projects across the hospitality sector. With more than 20 years of experience and over 40,000 hotel keys renovated nationwide, Genesis brings specialized expertise in occupied remodels with dedicated crews and a reputation for execution that minimizes disruption for property owners and operators.

“This acquisition is a natural extension of our mission to provide multi-site customers with a single-source partner that delivers speed, scale, and consistency across every project,” said Rodney Strickland, President and CEO of Ameribrands. “By combining the strengths of respected, founder-led businesses, we are creating a more agile and responsive platform that helps our customers protect their brands and expand with confidence.”

For Genesis, the partnership represents an opportunity to scale with additional resources while maintaining its commitment to customer service. “Ameribrands’ vision of excellence in execution aligns closely with our own,” said Matt Daniel, CEO of Genesis. “By joining forces, we can serve more customers nationwide while preserving the culture and values that have fueled our success.”

“Genesis is an excellent example of the type of entrepreneurial, family-owned business we are proud to partner with,” said Dr. David Panton, Chairman of Ameribrands. “Genesis brings key resources and infrastructure that shore up the robustness of our platform, making it a strategic next step in our rapid growth journey. We look forward to continuing to support founders and regional operators who are seeking a strategic partner to scale their businesses while maintaining their legacy.”

Ameribrands was formed in 2023 to build a scalable, high-performing platform through the acquisition of complementary businesses serving the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries supporting sustainable growth and long-term profitability. Genesis is the second acquisition for Ameribrands, as the holding company purchased Allied Stainless, a provider of stainless steel food service equipment, in March 2024. The Ameribrands’ portfolio also includes Ameritech Facility Services, which specializes in nationwide equipment rollouts, renovations, and remodels for commercial facilities; Access Pro Supply, a supplier and distributor of bathroom fixtures and equipment; and Adaptive Construction Management, a provider of staffing services to corporate clients.

The transaction was completed in partnership with investment firm Little River Partners. Little River Partners’ Managing Partner, Tristan Wynn, commented that “the deep M&A experience and proven integration background of the Ameribrands team made working together a natural fit. We look forward to supporting the company’s continued growth.”

Legal counsel for Ameribrands was provided by Flint, Connolly & Walker, LLP, with financing from SouthState Bank and advisory services from Genesis Capital and UHY.
