09:58 AM EST, 01/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- American Axle & Manufacturing ( AXL ) said Monday that it has changed its name to Dauch, effective the same day.

The company said that effective Feb. 5, the shares will start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the name Dauch and under the new ticker symbol "DCH."

The move comes as the company prepares for the planned business acquisition of Dowlais Group and its units, which is expected to occur on Feb. 3, the company said.
