American Electric Power's Board Chair Sara Tucker to Resign

10:27 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Electric Power ( AEP ) said Wednesday that board chair Sara Martinez Tucker will resign for personal reasons, effective July 31.

The electric utility company said its board elected Chief Executive Officer William Fehrman to serve as board chair, starting Aug. 1.
