Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.80.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $5.4 billion, compared with $5.3 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $5.44 billion.

The company narrowed its 2024 non-GAAP earnings guidance to $5.58 to $5.68 per diluted share from $5.53 to $5.73. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $5.63.
