11:07 AM EST, 01/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uniti Group ( UNIT ) said Thursday that subsidiaries Uniti Fiber ABS Issuer and Uniti Fiber TRS Issuer have launched a $589 million offering of secured fiber network revenue term notes.

The company said it will use the net proceeds to repay and terminate its existing ABS bridge facility and for general corporate purposes, which it said could include success-based capital investments and/or repaying outstanding debt.

Uniti said it expects the notes' repayment date will be in April 2030.
