American Express Acquires Tock From Squarespace

09:14 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Express Company ( AXP ) said Friday it has agreed to acquire Tock, a reservation, table and event management technology provider, from Squarespace ( SQSP ) for $400 million in cash.

American Express ( AXP ) also said it has agreed to acquire Rooam, a tech company that specializes in mobile payments, ordering and integrations with point of sale, marketing and loyalty systems used by entertainment venues and restaurants.

Financial details were not disclosed.
