03:31 AM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Healthcare REIT ( AHR ) said late Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of 17.4 million common shares at $23.55 per share.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.6 million additional shares.

Net proceeds will be used to fund the exercise of the company's option to purchase the minority stake of its joint venture partner in Trilogy Holdings, as well as debt repayments.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on Friday, subject to customary conditions.
