American Integrity Insurance Closes IPO

11:26 AM EDT, 05/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Integrity Insurance Group ( AII ) said Friday it closed its initial public offering of about 6.9 million common shares at a price of $16 per share.

The offering comprised about 6.3 million shares sold by the company and 625,000 shares sold by existing shareholders, American Integrity said.

Certain existing stockholders also granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to about 1 million additional shares at the IPO price, the company said.

American Integrity said net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include contributing to its insurance unit. The company won't receive proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.

The company's shares were up 2.3% in recent Friday trading.
