American Resources Prices $40 Million Stock Offering

09:58 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Resources ( AREC ) said Wednesday it has priced a private placement of about 7.8 million Class A common shares at $5.10 apiece for estimated gross proceeds of roughly $40 million.

The offering will likely close around Thursday, the company said.

American Resources ( AREC ) shares were down 18% in recent Wednesday trading.
