10:24 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Encore Capital Group ( ECPG ) said Monday it plans a $400 million private offering of senior secured notes due 2030.

The company intends to use the proceeds to repay drawings under its revolving credit facility, among other things, it said.

Encore Capital ( ECPG ) shares were up 1.6% in recent trading.
