American Tower Prices $1 Billion Debt Offering

05:02 PM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Tower ( AMT ) said Tuesday that it priced a $1 billion registered public offering of senior unsecured notes.

The company said it will issue $650 million of 4.9% senior unsecured notes due 2030 and $350 million of 5.35% notes due 2035.

Net proceeds are expected to be $988.9 million and will be used to repay its 2.4% senior unsecured notes due 2025 and debts under its $6 billion senior unsecured multicurrency revolving credit facility as well as general corporate purposes.
