05:47 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Tower ( AMT ) said in a late Wednesday regulatory filing that the company reached a dispute settlement with AT&T ( T ) affiliate AT&T Mexico over unpaid tower fees since early 2025.

Under the agreement, AT&T Mexico will remit most of the pending tower rents and will resume monthly payments from now on, according to the filing.

The remainder of the outstanding and future monthly unpaid tower rents will be deposited into an irrevocable escrow account, managed by an independent trustee, to be released based on a final ruling or by mutual consent between the company and AT&T Mexico, the company said.
