09:16 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Vanguard ( AVD ) said Monday that Eric G. Wintemute has stepped down as chief executive officer but will remain chairman of the board.

American Vanguard ( AVD ) said it has also established an Office of CEO, OCEO, which will include chief financial officer David Johnson, senior vice president of human resources Shirin Khosravi, chief information officer Timothy Donnelly, and board member Mark Bassett, the company said.

The company said Donnelly will serve as acting CEO until a successor is found.
