Ford Motor ( F ) said Wednesday that Sherry House has been named to succeed John Lawler as chief financial officer, effective Feb. 6.
House has served as vice president of finance since June 2024, the company said
Lawler will continue to serve as Ford's vice chair, focusing on strategy, partnerships, alliances, and corporate development, the company said.
Additionally, Ford named Marin Gjaja as chief strategy officer.
The automaker also said Andrew Frick will take on additional responsibilities as president of Ford Blue and Ford Model e, which is focused on developing electrical vehicles, while continuing to oversee Ford Pro until a new leader is named.
Kay Hart, who led Ford's International Markets Group, will be appointed general manager of Ford Model e under Frick, the company said.
Ford also said Sam Wu, president and chief executive of Ford China, is taking an expanded role to include leading the carmaker's International Markets Group.
