11:32 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amplitude (AMPL) said Thursday it has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon's (AMZN) Amazon Web Services.

Amplitude said the project will combine its digital analytics with AWS' infrastructure to provide services to companies in sectors like retail, financial services, media and entertainment, gaming, and others.

Financial details weren't provided.

Amplitude shares were rising past 10% in recent trading.
