AO Smith Q1 Earnings, Revenue Increase; Maintains 2024 Outlook

09:29 AM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AO Smith (AOS) early Thursday reported Q1 adjusted net income of $1.00 per diluted share compared with $0.94 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.99.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $978.8 million, up from $966.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $997.2 million.

For 2024, the company maintained its outlook for non-GAAP EPS of $3.90 to $4.15 on revenue of $3.97 billion to $4.05 billion.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking for $4.07 and $4.02 billion, respectively.
