APi Group Q2 Adjusted Earnings Up, Net Revenue Down; Issues Q3 Net Revenue Outlook; Maintains 2024 Net Revenue Guidance

08:46 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- APi Group ( APG ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.49 per diluted share, up from $0.41 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.47.

Net revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.73 billion, down from $1.77 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.79 billion.

The company said it expects Q3 net revenue of $1.86 billion to $1.91 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.93 billion.

The company continues to expect 2024 net revenue of $7.15 billion to $7.35 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $7.22 billion.
