06:30 AM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo (APO) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire equipment leasing company Beequip from NIBC.

Netherlands-based Beequip has a current portfolio of 1.4 billion euros ($1.55 billion) and 700 million euros annual run-rate originations, Apollo said.

The deal is expected to close before year-end 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
