07:11 AM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) has received approval from the European Commission to acquire sole control of Lecta Paper Industries Intermediate Financing of Luxembourg, the agency said Wednesday.

The commission said the transaction, which focuses on the manufacturing and supply of paper and paperboard, does not raise competition concerns due to the limited market positions of the companies involved.
