Apollo to Acquire 37% Stake in Syntegon

05:14 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) has agreed to acquire a 37% minority stake in medical equipment manufacturer Syntegon from CVC Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum, CVC said Monday.

CVC is retaining the remaining 63% stake in the business.

The deal is subject to regulatory approvals, CVC said.
