11:21 AM EDT, 10/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Appian (APPN) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Mark Matheos will depart the company on Nov. 8 to pursue a CFO role at another company.

The company said it has appointed Mark Lynch, a member of the board and former CFO, as interim CFO, starting Nov. 4, while a search is conducted for the next financial chief.
