Oct 28 (Reuters) - Apple ( AAPL ) suppliers Skyworks

Solutions ( SWKS ) and Qorvo ( QRVO ) said on Tuesday that the

chip firms will merge in a cash-and-stock deal that values the

combined company at about $22 billion.
