The selling shareholders include Armistice Capital, Dillon Hill Capital, and Dillon Hill Investment, according to the filing.

The company said that it would not receive any proceeds from the sale.

Shares of Applied DNA Sciences ( APDN ) rose past 2% in recent trading.
