AppLovin Confirms Interest in Acquiring TikTok Outside China

05:49 PM EDT, 04/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AppLovin ( APP ) provided an "indication of interest" to US President Donald Trump to explore an acquisition of TikTok in all markets outside China.

"This indication of interest is preliminary," and there can be no assurance that a transaction will proceed, the company said Thursday in a regulatory filing.
