11:10 AM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AppLovin's ( APP ) "phenomenal" growth trends to benefit this year on gaming momentum driven by more players, higher spending on user acquisition, and ecommerce layering, Wedbush said in a Thursday research report ahead of the company's Q3 earnings report due Nov. 5.
The user acquisition strategy is likely to continue growing, with the Apple ( AAPL ) vs. Epic case becoming a tailwind for the company in 2026, according to the note.
AppLovin's ( APP ) late-Q3 global expansion and self-serve tool rollout on Oct. 1 should drive step-function growth. The company also remains insulated from attempts to take its market share from the MAX platform due to the dynamics of agreements made by mediation platforms, analysts wrote.
For Q3, the brokerage said it expects revenue of $1.35 billion. Sequential top-line growth of 7.2% is expected during the quarter, but there is potential upside due to the robust trends in the company's ecommerce operations. For Q4, top-line sequential growth is expected to be 11% as the ecommerce business accelerates.
The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and price target of $745 per share.
