Aptiv, Vecna Robotics to Co-Develop Autonomous Mobile Robots

08:43 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aptiv ( APTV ) and Vecna Robotics said Thursday they are partnering to jointly develop autonomous mobile robots for warehouse and factory operations.

Financial terms were not provided.

The companies said the effort will combine Aptiv's ( APTV ) sensing, software, and machine learning technology with Vecna Robotics' autonomy and workflow platform.

The joint work is aimed at automating material movement in industrial settings, according to the companies.
