Financial details weren't disclosed.

Quantum manages nearly $500 million in customer spend across eight countries, including Spain, Portugal, and Mexico.

Quantum's Chief Executive, Alex Casajuana, will continue to lead the company, which manages expense categories for hotels, ranging from housekeeping to insurance, while also serving restaurants, gaming venues, and senior and youth residencies.
