01:43 PM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aramark ( ARMK ) unit Aramark International Finance priced a private offering of 400 million euros ($430.9 million) of 4.375% senior unsecured notes due 2033, Aramark ( ARMK ) said in a regulatory filing Wednesday.

The subsidiary intends to use the proceeds to help repay 325 million euros of its 3.125% senior notes due 2025, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on March 19, the company said.
