Arch Capital Renews $1 Billion Share Repurchase Program

04:40 PM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arch Capital Group ( ACGL ) said Friday it has renewed its share repurchase authorization of $1.0 billion, which may be effected from time to time in open market or privately negotiated transactions.

The company said the new program replaces its existing buyback authorization.
