04:41 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Archer-Daniels-Midland ( ADM ) said Monday that it expects Q3 adjusted earnings of $1.09 per diluted share, down from $1.63 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.25.
The company lowered its full-year adjusted EPS outlook to between $4.50 and $5, from the previous range of $5.25 to $6.25. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $5.21.
Archer-Daniels-Midland ( ADM ) also said it postponed its Q3 conference call that was initially scheduled on Tuesday, to finalize its financial statements. The company said it will amend its 2023 Form 10-K and Form 10-Q for Q1 and Q2 this year for certain restatements.
