Archer-Daniels-Midland says unable to publish Q3 results within time period

Nov 12 (Reuters) - Global grain trader

Archer-Daniels-Midland ( ADM ) said on Tuesday it was unable to

file its quarterly report within the prescribed time period

without unreasonable effort and expense.

Last week, the company cut its 2024 profit outlook and said

it would amend previous financial statements due to the

discovery of fresh accounting irregularities.
