05:05 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Archrock ( AROC ) said Monday it has closed a private offering by its Archrock Partners unit of $700 million of 6.625% senior notes due 2032.

Net proceeds will be used to help fund the acquisition of Total Operations and Production Services and the tender offer to buy up to $200 million of its 6.875% notes due 2027, with the remaining for general corporate purposes, Archrock ( AROC ) said.
