Arcius to acquire Shell and BP stakes in Egypt's Burj concession

ABU DHABI, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Arcius signed an agreement

on Wednesday to acquire the stakes currently held by Shell

and BP in Egypt's Burj offshore concession,

which includes the Harmattan gas field, Egypt's petroleum

ministry said in a statement.
