Arcos Dorados Says $136.1 Million of Notes Tendered as Part of Repurchase Offer

08:56 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arcos Dorados Holdings ( ARCO ) said that $136.1 million of about $386 million outstanding 5.875% notes due 2027 have been tendered as part of a Jan. 15 debt repurchase offer that expired on Thursday.

The offer is expected to settle next Wednesday, the company said.
