Arena Acquires ShopHQ Brand from IV Media

09:05 AM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arena Group ( AREN ) said Friday that it has acquired the intellectual property of ShopHQ from IV Media, with plans to expand the brand into e-commerce, data syndication, and social selling.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company said it aims to use ShopHQ's customer data and Arena's digital reach to create targeted advertising opportunities and support engagement across its platforms.

Arena said ShopHQ will continue its retail operations while shifting to digital and social channels, including YouTube and its own website. The company said it plans to focus on creator-led selling and dropship inventory models to increase flexibility and cost efficiency.

Shares of the company were up 2.6% in recent Friday premarket activity.
