05:54 PM EDT, 10/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arena Group ( AREN ) said late Tuesday it has received notification from the NYSE American over its non-compliance with certain minimum stockholders' equity requirements of the exchange for continued listing.

The company said it has until Nov. 1 to submit a plan to regain compliance by April 2, 2026. It also said the notice doesn't affect its business, operations or reporting requirements with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company's shares were up about 8.6% in after-hours activity.
