12:16 PM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arena Group Holdings ( AREN ) said its board terminated Sara Silverstein as chief executives officer, effective immediately.

The board named Paul Edmondson as interim CEO, the company said Wednesday in a statement.

Edmondson most recently was president of platform for Arena and previously was chief operating officer.

Shares of the company fell 1.3% in recent trading.
