Ares Capital Prices $750 Million Notes Offering

05:41 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Capital ( ARCC ) said late Tuesday it priced a $750 million public offering of 2030 unsecured notes bearing an interest rate of 5.5%.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt. It might also reborrow from its debt facilities for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.

The offering is expected to close on June 3, subject to customary closing conditions, the company said.
