Defense Metals Announces New Executive Appointments

12:33 PM EST, 01/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Defense Metals ( DFMTF ) Thursday said Mark Tory has arrived in Vancouver and officially started his role as the company's chief executive.

Tory has also been appointed to the company's board.

Also, Alex Heath was appointed as corporate secretary in addition to his current responsibilities as senior vice president of corporate development and interim chief financial officer.

"We are excited to welcome Mark to Vancouver and are confident that his leadership and experience will further strengthen Defense Metals' ( DFMTF ) management team," said executive chair Guy de Selliers.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.19 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
