Argentina's YPF receives over 60 offers for mature fields

BUENOS AIRES, June 7 (Reuters) - Argentine state oil

firm YPF said in a statement on Friday that it had received more

than 60 offers for some of its mature hydrocarbon fields.

The company has previously said it is looking to generate

more cash by exiting some 55 conventional mature blocks as it

looks to focus on its more-profitable shale operations.
