Arianne Phosphate Announces Changes to Two Management Positions
Sep 11, 2025 10:24 AM

01:00 PM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arianne Phosphate ( DRRSF ) on Thursday said its board chair Marco Gagnon will now serve as the company's Executive Chair, while Brian Ostroff, its president, will become Head of Strategic & Business Initiatives.

The company, which is developing the Lac a Paul phosphate project in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, said Gagnon's appointment will lead to increased involvement in key activities with the management team, including moving the project towards development.

Ostroff will focus on finding new partners, financing, and business development activities, responding to a sharp uptick in inbound interest tied to the company's downstream phosphoric acid (PPA) work.

Brian Ostroff commented that "The purified phosphoric acid market has opened significant opportunities as both industry and financial players look to secure the product they need and the economic benefit that comes with it."

Shares of Arianne Phosphate ( DRRSF ) were last seen up $0.01 to $0.165 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
