Aris Mining Down 1% As Launches US$400 Million Senior Notes Offering

10:35 AM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aris Mining ( ARMN ) was down 1% early Monday as it began an offering of US$400 million senior notes due 2029. Net proceeds will be to used to redeem its 6.875% senior notes due 2026, for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Aris was last seen down $0.07, to $6.57, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
