07:37 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Armada Hoffler Properties ( AHH ) said Thursday its board appointed Chief Executive Officer Shawn Tibbetts as chairman, starting Jan. 1, 2026, completing planned succession changes that were started in 2024.

Tibbetts, who will continue in his role as president and CEO, will succeed Lou Haddad, who will remain a member of the board, the company said.

Shares of the company were up 1.9% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
