Armada Hoffler Signs Two Retail Lease Agreements in Virginia Beach Town Center

10:51 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Armada Hoffler Properties ( AHH ) said Wednesday it finalized a 14,000-square-foot lease contract with a grocer and a 19,000-square-foot lease agreement with a sporting goods retailer in the Virginia Beach town center district in Virginia.

Terms of the two lease contracts weren't disclosed.

Shares were down over 1% in recent trading.
